There's a third one, and it's very beautiful: the Faggeto gorge, open only on Saturdays from 9:30 to 12:30. You can also get there by boat, but I'd recommend the car so you can stop for lunch at Pippi's.
There are only a few parking spaces at Faggeto: set off early. The visit takes about an hour: wear walking shoes and bring a rain jacket.
For the trattoria, head towards the hamlet of Molina, leave the car and walk up to the church: the trattoria is on the right. From the steps, take the alley on the left and you’ll find the big ammonite on the wall of a house.
